Why we builtLumi.
Menopause doesn't happen in pieces.
Your wellness experience shouldn't either.
Women didn't need more information.
They needed help connecting it.

Why I built Luminate.
I didn't start Luminate because the world needed another wellness app or another supplement company.
I started it because I watched too many women I care about enter this stage of life and suddenly find themselves trying to piece everything together.
Symptoms. Nutrition. Movement. Supplements. Sleep. Doctors. Advice coming from everywhere.
The more I looked at the problem, the more obvious something became:
Women didn't need more information. They needed help connecting it.
That idea eventually became Luminate — and Lumi.
We're just getting started.

So we built Lumi.
Your body doesn't experience these things separately.
Neither should your wellness experience.
Lumi is a companion, not another tracker — she learns what's happening in your life, understands your signals, and helps turn them into a plan for today. She helps connect what is happening across your day so the pieces can inform each other — without giving you another system to manage.
Less managing. More understanding.

Menopause doesn't happen in separate categories. So Lumi doesn't treat it that way.
Nutrition
Meals that fit the day
Movement
Training that meets you
Recovery
Rest taken seriously
Symptoms
Patterns, not guesswork

Built by people who care about getting this right.

Evidence matters. So does the woman living it.
- Evidence matters.
- We start with what the research supports and stay honest about what is still being learned.
- The whole woman matters.
- Nutrition, movement, recovery, symptoms and daily life don't happen independently.
- Understanding beats more data.
- Technology should help make health easier to understand — not give women more to manage.
Lumi is a companion, not a clinician. She doesn't diagnose, treat or replace the care of your own doctor.
We're building the experience we believe women should have had all along.
One that listens. One that connects the pieces. One that changes with you.
One that's with you.
