By visiting or using withlumi.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is intended for adults 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter into these terms.

The Website introduces Lumi and Luminate Complete. Today it offers two ways to get involved before launch: joining Lumi Early Access, and reserving the Lumi + Luminate Complete Founding Member offering. Both are described below. The Website is not a general store, and no other products are available for purchase at this time.

Lumi Early Access lets you register your interest in the Lumi membership before it becomes available. Joining Early Access costs $0 today. No credit card or other payment method is required to join, and joining does not create a paid subscription, a charge, or any billing relationship.

The anticipated Lumi membership price is $24.99 per month when Lumi becomes available. Joining Early Access does not guarantee a specific launch date. Before any paid Lumi membership begins, you will receive information about activation and billing so you can decide whether to proceed.

Eligible users may reserve the Lumi + Luminate Complete Founding Member offering through the Website. The reservation costs $0 today. When you reserve, you provide a payment card, which is securely collected and saved through our payment processor for future billing.

By reserving, you authorize your saved payment method to be charged the first $89 payment when your first Luminate Complete shipment is ready to ship. No $89 charge occurs at the time of reservation, and no paid subscription begins merely because you submitted a reservation. The current price is $89 per month when shipment begins, and the offering currently includes a Lumi membership, a 30-day supply of Luminate Complete, and shipping.

Once shipment and billing begin, the $89 offering is intended to continue as a recurring monthly membership. You will be charged monthly at the then-current price until you cancel.

You may manage or cancel your reservation before billing begins using the Manage Reservation link provided in your reservation confirmation. Cancellation rules that apply after paid membership begins will be presented separately before billing starts.

Payments and payment-method storage are handled by Stripe. When you provide a payment card, it is entered through Stripe's secure payment interface and processed by Stripe.Luminate Wellness, LLC does not directly store your full payment-card number. Stripe's processing of your payment information is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Everything on the Website — text, images, product descriptions, and educational material — is provided for general informational and wellness purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free, and it may change.

Lumi provides wellness information and personalized guidance designed to help you better understand and navigate your day. Lumi is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Information from Lumi is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always talk with your clinician about your health, symptoms, medications, and any changes to your routine.

Lumi is a wellness technology experience. Lumi is not a doctor, clinician, medical device, diagnostic system, treatment platform, or emergency service, and using the Website or Lumi does not create a clinician–patient relationship with anyone.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on the Website or Lumi in an emergency.

Luminate Complete is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with your healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

The Website and its content — including the Lumi and Luminate names, logos, the “with Lumi” signature, copy, design, photography, and software — are owned by Luminate Wellness, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Submit someone else's personal information, or a name or email you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Website or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, our systems, or another person's information
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Website
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Website or Lumi
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with us
• Upload or transmit malicious code

The Website links to third-party services, including our social channels. Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

If you send us a message, a question, feedback, or an idea, you give us permission to use it to operate and improve our products and communications, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information or sensitive health details through the Website.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luminate Wellness, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Website or your breach of these terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, and we may update these terms as our products and services develop. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

We may limit or end your access to the Website if we believe you have violated these terms or if we need to protect the Website, our members, or our business.

When paid Lumi memberships activate and when Founding Member billing begins, additional terms will apply to those memberships and accounts — including detailed billing, shipping, and cancellation terms. Those terms will be presented before you are charged or subscribed, and they will govern that relationship in addition to these terms.
