withlumi.com is operated by Luminate Wellness, LLC (“Luminate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website introduces Lumi and Luminate Complete. Today the website is an introduction and interest experience — there is no account, no checkout, and no app sign-in on this website.

The only personal information we ask for on this website is what you enter in an interest form. When you sign up to hear more about Lumi or Luminate Complete, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Which offering you told us you were interested in — Lumi or Luminate Complete
• The page and the button you used when you signed up, so we understand what people are responding to
• The date and time you signed up

We do not ask for a password, a payment method, a mailing address, or any health information on this website.

Like most websites, ours is delivered by hosting and infrastructure providers that process basic technical request information — for example an IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to serve the site and keep it secure and available.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking on this website. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, session recording, or heatmap tools, and we do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Our website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Lumi is not yet available. When Lumi launches, it will work with information you choose to share about your day and how you are feeling, and it may connect with services you authorize. We will update this policy to describe that clearly before those features become available. Nothing described in this section is collected today.

As Lumi and Luminate Complete become available, this policy will change. When it does, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will let you know if the change is significant.
