withlumi.com is operated by Luminate Wellness, LLC (“Luminate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website introduces Lumi and Luminate Complete, lets you join the Lumi Early Access list, and lets Founding Members reserve a first shipment of Luminate Complete. Today there is no account or app sign-in on this website.

When you interact with us on withlumi.com, you may give us information such as:

• Your first name, and your last name when a form asks for it
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number, when you reserve Luminate Complete
• Your shipping address — street address, optional apartment or suite, city, state, and ZIP code — when you reserve Luminate Complete
• Which offering you told us you were interested in — Lumi Early Access or Luminate Complete
• Whether you have reserved a Founding Member shipment of Luminate Complete
• The page and the button you used when you signed up, so we understand what people are responding to
• The date and time you signed up
• Any other information you voluntarily provide, such as a message sent through our contact form

If you choose Lumi Early Access, we collect your first name and email so we can reach you when Lumi becomes available. We do not ask for a phone number, a shipping address, or a payment method for Early Access today.

If you choose to reserve Luminate Complete as a Founding Member, the reservation has four steps — Contact, Shipping, Payment, and Review. The Contact step asks for your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. The Shipping step asks for the address where you would like your first shipment sent. The Payment step collects payment information as described in the Payment Information section below. We do not ask for a password on this website.

We use your shipping address to prepare and send your Luminate Complete shipment and to contact you about it. We use your mobile phone number for service-related messages about your reservation, payment and order updates, and shipping notifications. We do not send promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to receive them.

For certain products, memberships, or reservations — including the Luminate Complete Founding Member reservation — payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Payment-card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment fields and processed by Stripe. We do not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers.

We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as:

• Payment method type
• Last four digits
• Expiration information
• Stripe customer and payment identifiers
• Payment or subscription status
• Transaction and billing information

For the current Luminate Complete Founding Member reservation, your payment method may be securely saved with Stripe for future billing. You are charged $0 at the time of reservation, and the first $89 payment is intended to occur when your first Luminate Complete shipment is ready to ship.

Like most websites, ours is delivered by hosting and infrastructure providers that process basic technical request information — for example an IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to serve the site and keep it secure and available.

We do not currently run advertising tracking on this website. We may use analytics and other operational service providers as our services grow, and we will update this policy if we do.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate With Lumi services
• Manage Early Access signups and Founding Member reservations
• Communicate with you about Lumi, Luminate Complete, launch information, and relevant company updates
• Process and manage payments when applicable
• Manage memberships and orders
• Provide customer support
• Operate, maintain, and improve the website and services
• Keep the website and our systems secure and prevent misuse or fraud
• Meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations

When you submit an interest form or reservation, you are telling us you would like to hear from us about Lumi, Luminate Complete, launch information, product availability, and relevant company updates. That is the scope of it. We do not use your information for unrelated third-party marketing.

We use service providers to run the website and our operations — for example website hosting, our application and database platform, email delivery, payment processing through Stripe, and other operational functions. They process information on our instructions and for the purpose of providing their service to us.

We may also share information when we are required to by law, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a financing, merger, or sale of assets.

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to stay in touch with you about Lumi and Luminate Complete, to manage your reservation or membership, and to meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to remove you, we will remove your information from our mailing and reservation lists, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements.

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
• You can ask us to correct the name or email address we have for you.
• You can ask us to delete the information you submitted through an interest form, reservation, or contact form.
• You can choose not to submit a form — the rest of the website works without it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and we limit access to it inside our team. No website or service can promise perfect security, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Our website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Lumi is not yet available. When Lumi launches, it may work with information you choose to share about your day and how you are feeling, and it may connect with services you authorize. We do not currently collect medical records or protected health information through this website. We will update this policy to describe any new information practices clearly before those features become available. Nothing described in this section is collected today.

As Lumi and Luminate Complete become available, this policy will change. When it does, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will let you know if the change is significant.
